AMENDMENT OF PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE
The undersigned, OCEAN HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
a Fiorida corporat~on, now known as OCEAN HAR80UR OF NORTH
BEACH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, Mort-
gagor, and DONALD ERICK, as Trustee, current Mortgagee,
under that certain Mortgage recorded in Officiai Records
Book 300 at Page 2023-2028 of the St. Lucie County, Florida,
Public Records, (the "Mortgage"), which mortgage was
assigned by James J. Pardieck, as Trustee, to Donald Erick,
as Trustee, by instrument dated 1981, and recorded in .
Of f i c i a l Records Book 3sy at Page ~ g! a of the St . Luc i e
County, Florida Public Records, do hereby agree to the
following amendment of the Mortgage which shall supercede
all previous amendments thereto including that unrecorded
amendment dated August 25, 1980. In all respects in which
the Mortgage is not hereby amended, the Mortgage dated
December 22, 1978, shall remain in full force and effect

; faults of Mortgagor and Maker of the Note secured by the

~ Mortgage and extending the due date for payment under the {

~ Note secured by the Mortgage and modifying such Note, the

~ 1. The Mortgage as hereby amended secures payment of

~ the indebtedness evidenced by the Amended Purchase Money
~ Mortgage Note, which amends the Note originally received by
~ the Mortgagee, a copy of which Amended Purchase Money
