~ Come now the parties in the above-styled cause by
- and through their undersigned attorneys,-and hereby stipulate ~
and agree to the following: ~ -
. 1. That the Wife, LI~NDA SELPH, shall_have the .
temporary care, custody and control of the minor child of the~
parties, to-wit: CARL ANTHUR SEL.PH, JR., witfi reasonable visita-
- tion rights reserved to the Husband, CARL SELPN. . ~
~ 2.- That the Husband, CARL SELPH, shall pay to the
Nife, LINDA SELPH, ~30.00 every week for,thQ support of the minor

i - child of the parties,-commencing on Friday, May 29, 1981, until
~I .
further order of this Court. This payment shall be made to the
~ Clerk of this Court and by him remitted-promptly to th~ Wife.

Additionally, there is her.eby assessed a statutory fee of ~2.00 to
- be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Each paymen-t shall be
- made in cash, cashier's check or money order. Both pa.rti•es are
ordered to keep~the Clerk of this Court adv_ised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this ord.er is in effect.
3. That jurisdiction of this cause is reserved for
the determination of permanent custody of the minor child of the
R parties and attorney's fees, and any.other relief as this Court
~ deems proper. . _ ~ ~
