KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Mildred Nugent Horton, of the full age of majority
and a resident of~the County of Snohomish, State of Washington,
do hereby make, name, constitute and appoint:
DOROTHY NUGENT NEVELS .
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me, and in my name, place
and stead to have full power to sell and deliver with all legal
warranties and with complete transfer and subroqation of all
rights and actions of warranty against all former owners and
execute an act of sale to any person or persons, firm, partnership
or corporation that agent may deem advisable for and on such terms
and conditions as agent may see fit, all of appearer's right, title
and interest in and to the following described lots, to-wit:

The sale of the above described lots is~to be for the price and

authority to sign all papers, deeds and documents; to issue all
receipts and to do all acts necessary and proper to accomplish
