266, Page 229. '
FOR VALUE~RECEIVEO, Small Business Administ~ation hereby releases the
aforesaid Mortgage, covering the foilovring described property:
The N 1/2 of the W. 194.46 feet of the E. 511.15 feet ~
of the S. 210 feet of the N. 375 feet of lot 222,
WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof~ ~
as recorded in Plat Book l, page 23 of the Public .
Records of St. Lucie County, Flor€da, being otherwise
desc~ibed as lot 9, Block 2, of an unrecorded plat of •
Broome-Tioga Subdivision.
BUT THIS IS A PARTIAL RELEASE ONLY, applicable only tn the property
described above, and it is expressly understood and agreed.that this
Release is given upon the oondition that neither this Release ~or anything
her-ein contained shall in anywise release, diminish, alter or affect the
lien upon the remai~ing property hypothecated t+~ Small Business
Administration to secure the aforesaid Note and any and aii other security
instrume~ts executed by said Norman E. Hays_I~i.p and Thomas C. Hayslip and/or
any other firm or individuals, to secure said Note, and that this Release -
is executed without representation, warranty, or recourse, express or
implied, upon the undersigned. -
