. COMES NOW the attorney for the Estate and shows the Court
that the Estate has been completely admi~ci.~stered except for the
receipt of a tax release from the Ix~ternal Revenue Service:
That the Estate file~.~its original return and paid tax to IRS
in the original return file~in 1975 as assessment by the-lRS
paid in 1978, copies of said checks attached; made a part here of.
That there are no other taxes owed on this Estate. But the IRS -
has failed and refused to send a tax release letter .
WHEREFORE, Pessonal Representative requests the Court to enter
an order discharging him as personal representative. ~
