the petition of Mariann H. Watkins, as personal repr_ entative of_
the estate for order authorizing sale of certain real property;
the court considering the petition finds that it is expedient,
necessary and in the best interest of the estate to settle_the
real estate, it is therefore, ORDERID;
1. Petitioner, Mariann ~i. Watkins, as personal representative
of this estate, is hereby authorized to d with the sale of
the property hereinafter described, purs the terms and con-
ditions of that certain contract for Sale and Purchase dated April
12, 1981 to Lola R. Greene, for the sum of $5,800.00 cash.
2. Petitioner is authorized to do any and all things reason-
ably necessary and to execute any dQCUments reasonably required of

' her in order to carry out the terms of the contract. ~

~ 3. The real property which the petitioner is authorized to ~
sell by this orc~er is described as follows: - N
Lot 22, Block 560, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 13, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, page 4,
