others whom it may concern that a suit was instituted in the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for

The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or
piece of land situate, lying and being wholly within St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
- Lot No. V-71 of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, Inc., as recorded
~ in Plat Book 16 at page 7-7A on January 15, 1971, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

I~ , The relief sought in and by this suit includes the fore-

closure of that certain mortgage given by PATRICK J. RYAN
and JOAN T. RYAN, to Plaintiff, recorded on March 31, 1Q78

of St. Lucie, Florida. Plaintiff has also demanded an

order decreeing the- sale of the property under tMe direction '
of the Court in default of the payment of the amount set out to
be due Plaintiff under the mortgage, and for other and further
and general relief set forth in the Complaint. i
