Costs pursuant to the Final Su~mary Judg~ent entered in this matter on
January 15, 1980, wherein taxation of costs ~:as specifically reserved
for separate Motion and hearing, and in accordance vith the Order of
~ the District Court of Appeal of the Siate of Florida, Fourth~District,
entered on July 21, 1980, relinquishing jurisdiction hereunto this
Court for the purpose of hearing Defendants' Motion to Tax Costs, and
the Court, having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised I
