on oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for

Florida corporation, P. O. Hox 790, Fort Pierce, Florida.
33454, and that in-pursuanee of oral contracts now fully

other miscellaneous building supplies.
for the construction of improvements situate on the real I

attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein;
said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and owned by Ocean Harbour of North Beach Development Corpora-
tion. Said materials were of a total value of $8,848.73,
including finance charges, of which there remains unpaid
$8,848.73. The first of said materials were fnrnished on
April 2, 1981 and the last of same on June 29, 1981. A Notice
to Owner in proper form has been duly served and was received
on May 11, 1981, and the lienor has otherwise properly complied -
' with all }~rovisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
