BEFORE i~, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
FRANK•H. FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says
on oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for
the leinor herein, SAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY, a
Florida corporation, P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida
33454, and that in pursuance of oral contracts now fully .
executed with the following:

said lienor furnished the followinq: _
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies.
for the construction of improvements situate on the real '
property described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 14'4, LAKEWOOD PARK, UriYt 11,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, pages
32A through 32D, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM the East 5 feet
of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3;
said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, _
and owned by Dorothy McGann. Said materials were of a tot~l
value of $4,496.15, including finance charges, of which there
remains unpaid $4;496.15. The first of said materials were
furnished on March 26, 1981 and the last of same on April 27,
1981. The lienor has otherwise properly complied with all

provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
