SHORT FORM TRUST~AGRE$MENT , , •
THIS TRUST A~REE~tENT is made and entered into this ~ day
of April, 1981, at Sentonville, 8enton County, Arkansae. y and
between ERMA MARIS JOHNSON, ae Grantor, and BERNARD LEE JOHNSON,
as Trustee.
WHEREAS, the Grantor created tha ER~lA MARIE JOHNSON TRUST ~
on the 13th day of February, 1981, wherein ERMA MARIE JOHNSON wae ;
Grantor and ERMA MARIE JOHNSON was deeignated as,Managing Trustee~
and BERNARD LEE JOHNSON as Independent Trustee= .
WHEREAS, purauant to said Trust, ERMA MARIE JOHNSON retafns '
the managment control until her resignation, incapacity or death, -
at which time BERNARD LEE JOHNSON would become aole Trustee= and =
WHEREAS, ERMA MARIE JOHNSON has resigned as Manaqinq Tru~tee
and does, by her siqr?atu=e to thfe instrwnent, ~ratffy such resigna-
tion uhd BERNARD LTsE JOHNSON iB now serving as sole Truetee= and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the•tern~e of esid Trust Agreement, the #
Trustee is given certain powers and authority with reepect to
property owned by the Truat; and .
WHEREAS, the Crantor and the Trustee contemplate that property, ~
both real and personal, will be dwned by the truet and are desirous €
of entering-•into this Short Form Trust Agreer~ent to be recorded in
the deed records of the Cownty wherein the real propezty-bwned by :
the trust is located for the purpose of setting forth the property '
of the trust in general and specifically with respect to the real ~
property of the trust, and real property initially traneferred ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promiees and undertakingg ;
set forth in the ERMA MARIE JOHNSON TRUST dated the 13th day of _
February, 1981, it is stipulated, agreed and underatood that the ~
follawing provisions are recitals from said trust herein set forth ~
I~ for the purpose of establishing the power and authority of the ;

f 1. SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE. If BERNARD LEE JOHNSON ehall fail to
aerve as rus ee ereun er or for any reaeon ehould ceaee to act -
~ in such capacity, then arid in either of euch evente, ALBERTA MARIE
JOHNSON FRANT2 shall serve as Succeseor Truetee. No ~ond ehall be
required of any Trustee at any time serving under the proviBions
of this instrument. .
2. AMENDMENT~~REViOCATION AND ADDITIONAL PROPERTY. The Grantor
may, by s~gneT~nstruments e vere to e Trustee uring the
Grantor's life: (i) withdraw property~from this truet in any amount
and at any time upon giving reaeonable notice in writ~ng to the
Trustee; (fi) add other property to the trusts (fii) change the
beneficiaries, their reepective shares and the plan of distribution;
(iv) an?end this Trust Agreement in any other respect; (v) revoke this •
trust.in its entirety or any of its provisione herein.
3. TRUSTEE'S POWERS. The Truetee ie authorized in his absolute
discretion w reepect to any property, real or pereonal,~ at any
ti~r.e held under any provieions.of this Truet and without authorization
by any court and in addition to any other rights, powere, authority
and privfleges granted by any other provision of this Truet or by
• statute or general rules of law:
