Know All Men By These Presents: That Southern Discount Company, a Florida
Corporation, Tampa, Florida, hereby makes, constitutes, designates, and
appoints each of the followin br ch manaqers:

Attorney heretofore executed in the premises, for it and in its name,
place and stead, with reference to any liens which it may have against ~

and record in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of said County
any and all satisfactions, releases, or discharges of any sort, or kind ~
