AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared
ALEXANDER DUNLOP, who being by me first duly sworn, on oath,

deposes and says:
1. That he is the owner of the following described
property to wit:

SECTION 17, a Subdivision according to . ~
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 8, of the Public Records '
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the above described property was transferred
by GENERAL DEVELOPI~NT CORPORATION.to ALEXANDER DiJNLOP~and
THELMA DUNLOP, his wife, on July 17, 1973; and was held jointly
until the death of THELMA DUNLOP on March 9, 1976.
3. That he was continuously married to said THELMA
' DUNLOP from July 17, 1973 until the date of her death on March 9, ~
