8. The Owner shall be bound to ths Assoclation to the same extent and 1n the same
manner as 1f the OMmer were Mortgagor under said mortgage and the maker of all renegot~able
rate promissory notes secured thereby.
9. The Associat~on hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner is satisfactory and
that the above stated new interest rate pa~yable on the sums secured by said mortgage is also
s~tisfactory, and the Associatlon hereby consents to the sale, transfer andtor conveyance of
the mortgaged property to the Owner.
