ORDER
TNIS CAUSE came on for hearing on July 20, 1~81~ upon
the Plaintiff's Motion for HLA Tissue Typing Tests an3 the Court
having considered the motion and heard argument of c:cunsel and
being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, DAVID CLAYTON
BEAM, the natural mother~ SALLY A?~IN LEWIS, and the minor child,
TIFFANY MARIE LEWIS, d.o.b. 2/14/81, shall and they are hereby
ordered to submit to HLA blood tests for the determination of
;
` paternity. Said tests shall be at the expense of the Plaintiff
~ and shall be performed at such time the minor child is old enough
~ to have the necessary blood samples drawn.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this ~ day of July, 1981.
