THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 20th
day of July, Z981, on the Complaint for Determination of Paternity
and Child Support of the Plaintiff and the Court having heard
testimony of the parties and argument of counsel and being other-
wise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED ANn ADJUDGED that due to insufficient evidence
that the Defendant is the father of the minor child herein the
Plaintiff's Co~plaint shall be and it is hereby dismissed and the
Defendant shall go hence without day.
