SMITki, Wife. ~ / FINAL JUDGMENT F DISSOLUTIO~OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 24th day of July, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JAMES J. SMITH, Husband, and CHRISTINE D. SMITH, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and ; the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of i ~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the three minor children, to-wit: ~ RIC1IARD K. SMITH, d.o.b. June 21, 1962, CHARLES R. SMITH, d.o.b. ~ August 28, 1970, and TAMBARA ANN SMITH, d.o.b. February 17, 1967, is ~ hereby awarded to the Husband with reasonable visitation rights granted , ~ to the Wife. 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT.
