Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to JAMES J. SMITH. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk ef this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4, RF.AL ESTATE CHILD SUPPORT. The Husband, JAMES J. SMITH,
is hereby awarded CHRISTTNE D. SMITH'S interest in the marital residence,
more particularly described as: I
Lot 1Q, Block 26, LAKEWOOD PARK UNIT
No. 4, in St. Lucie County, Florida. '

The Wife, CHRISTINE D. SMITH, shall and she is hereby
ordered to execute and deliver a Quit Claim deed conveying ali right, ,
