. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES' DEID
THIS INDENTURE. Made this ~ d da.y of July A.D. 1981, between ~
NANCY SORY and RO5EMARY RU5SELL~ as Go-Personal Representatives of ~
the estate of YELMA D. KLING~ deceased~ parties of the first part
andNANCY SORY and ROSEMARY RUSSELL~ individually, whose post office
address ~s Post Office Box 1328~ 1145A, South Atlantic Avenue.
Cocoa Beach, Florida 32931, parties of the second part~ witnesseth
that:
WHEREAS~ NANCY SORY and ROSEt~IARY RUSSELL~ are the duly qualified
and acting Co-Personal Representat~.ves under the Will of VELMA D.
KLING~ deceased, and
WHEREAS~ parties of the second part were devised the hereinafter
described real property under the said Will of said decedent~ and
this conveyance is made for the p~arpose of making distribution under
the terms of said Will.
NOW, THEREFORE, This Indenture witnesseth that said parties
of the first part~ as Co-Personal Representatives aforesaid~ in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and for the purpose of making
distribution under the Will of VELMA D. KLING, deceased~ do grant.
bargain, sell and convey under the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all of the right~ title and interest
of the decedent at the time of her death~ and all of the right, title
and interest that the estate may have subsequently acquired by opera-
tion of law or otherwise. in and to the following described lands,
situate, lying and being in the C ounty of St. Lucie and Sta te of
Florida, to-wit:
The North 110 feet of the North One-half
(Nz) of Lot 5~ Block 3, of Section 2,
Township 3? South, Range 40 East in
St. Lucie ~ardens, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 1~ page 35 of the
public records County~ Florida.
' TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments. and appurtenances
~ whatsoever to it belonging or in anywise appertaining.

E TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the above described and
~ mentioned premises, together with the appurtenances unto the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
