Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, in Section
19, in Township 36 South, Range 41 East; thence run
South on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of
said Sectian, Township and Range, 11 chains and 42 links;
thence run East to the Indian River; thence run North-
westerly along said River to the Northeast corner of
aforesaid Lat 1; thence West along the North line of
aforesaid Lot 1, to the point of beginning.
ALSO, beginning at the Northeast corner of the North-
west Quarter of Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41
East; thence run South on the East line of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section, Township and Range, 11 chains
and 42 links; thence run West to the Savannah in said
Northwest Quarter of said Section; thence Northerly along
the Easterly edge of said 5avannah to the North line of
said Section 19; thence East to the point of beginning;
said parcels containing in all about 30 acres of land.
