THIS CAUSE was heard on May 11. 1981 , upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by~the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and tt~~ •
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ADNDGID that the Respondent, WILLIE SIMS ~
is guilt~r of willful contempt of this (:ourt fc~r failure to pay child support
payments in the amount of $ 273.50 , amuunt clue as of March 27, 1981 ,
and he is ad~udged in contempt of this C~,urt :ind it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that as pi~nishment for his contempt the Respnndent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie Countv Jail, Eort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of cont~~~npt is suspencled until JULY 10, 1981 ,
conditioned upon the Resgondent paying tc, the Clerk of Circuit Court of ti~is
county on or before JULY 10, 1981 , the sum of $273.50 , plus $2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondc~nt to make payment in fu11 of the aforesaid
amount on or before JULY 10, 1981 , you and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SNERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie Coiinty. Florida, for the execution of the above ;
described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circ~it Court an~ this Court shall ;
be promptly notified oi his arrest. It is further ~
