Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 heroot or aba~danme~t of the Property. I.ende~ shall be entitled to have a
rcceiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and maoage the Property and to collect the rents ot the
Property. including thoae past due. All rents collxted by the receiver shall be applied flrst to payme~t of tbe c~sts of
management of the Pmpeny and collection ot rcnts, including, but ~ot limited to, receiver's fees. Premiums on rcceiver i
bonds and reasonabk attorney's fces. and then to the sums secured by tAis Mortgage. The receiver shall be IiaWe to avcount
only for those rents actwlly receivod.
21. F~hu~e Adra4ces. Upo~ rcquest by Borrower, I~encier, at I.cnder's option within twenty years trom the date of this
Mongage. ~nay make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interat thereon. shall be securcd by this
Mottgage when evidenood by promissory ~otes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount o( the indebtodnas secutod by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect ihe
security of this Mortgage, excoed the original amount of ~he Note plus USS•+.~•~...~..~....~.•~..~~••~.
22. Rdea~e. UpQn paymeat of all sums socured by this Mohgage. Lender shall rcleue this Moctgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all coats oE recorda~ion. if any.
23. Attorety's Feea. As used in this Mor~gage and in the Nutt, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fees, if my,
