Upon accelention under paragnph f 8 heroof or abandonmeot o[ the PropeRy, Lender shall be entitkd to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon. take posxssion of and manage the Property and to collect the n~ts of the
Property. including those psst due. All rents collected by the roceiver shall be appliod first to payme~t of the coats of
manageme~t of the Pmpeny and collectio~ of rcnts, including. but nw limited to. receiver's tas. premiums on roceiver's
bonds and ressonabk attorney's (as. aod then to the sums securod by this Mongage. 'Il~e receiver shall he liable to account

21. F~t~ue Aa~a~c~s. Upon roquest by Borrower, l.e~der, at Lender s option within twenty years_trom the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Bomower. Such Futurc Advances. with interest thercon. shall be securod by this
Mortda~ when evidenced by promissory nota stating that said nota arc secur~d hereby. At no time shall the principat
