rcceiver appointod by a coun to enter upon. take posxssion of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
Propeny, ir~cluding those past due. All rents collectai by the receiver shall be applied fint to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of nnts, including, but not limited Io. receiver's fees, premiums on roceivei s

21. F~re Adva~ces. Upon request by Bormwer, lxndCr, a1 I.ender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Futurc Advances, with interes~ thercon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory nota stating that said notes arc socurcd hereby. At no time shall the pnncipal
am~unt ot the indebtedness secured by this Mongage, not iocluding sums advanced in accordance hercwith to protect the

22. Rdea~e. Upqn payment of all sums securcd by this MoRgage, l.ender shall nelease this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall p~y all costs of ~ecordatan, if any.
23. Attorney's Fees. As used in Ihis Mortgage and ~n the Note, "attorney's (ecs" shall include attorney's foes, if any,
which may be awuJed by an appellate court.
