'PHIS CAUSE came on to be heard after due notice to all
parties for pretrial. The Plaintiff was present and the Defendant
failed to appear. Based upon the Defendant's failure to appear
a default is entered against it. Based upon said default it is
ORDER~D AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, CHENEY BR~'THERS,
INC., do have and recover from the Defendant, TWO TNREE COMPANY, ItC.
t/a THE EMSERS RESTAURANT, the principal sum of $1,217.95 toaether
with interest in the sum of $51.40 and costs of Court in the sum
of $44.00, together with interest at the rate of 10$ from the
date of this judgment, for ~11 of which let execution issue.
