STIPULATED ORDER FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES 1~ND COSTS
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint Motion for the
entry of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by the
Plaintiff and the Defendants set forth hereinbelow, and it
appearing to the Court that the parties were authorized to
enter into such Motion, and the Court finding that the
compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, just and
reasonable for all parties concerned, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED that John T. Brennan, Attorney for the above-
named Defendants shall receive the sum of EIC,HT HUNDRED AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($800) from the Piaintiff as a reasonable fee
for services rendered in this cause and the further sum of.
SIX HUNDRED TWE~ITY-THREE AND 75/100 DOLLARS ~$623.75) for costs
expended herein or in the aggregate the sum of ONE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE AND 75/100 DOLLARS, and it is,
ORDERED that upon entry of this Order, the Plaintiff,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, shall deposit the additional sum of ONE THOU-
SAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE AND ~5/I00 DOLLARS ($1,923.75)
into the registry of the court, and it is
