TRUSTEE'S DEED

1981, by PAUL tV. A. COURTNELL, JR., as Trustee, under the provisions
of a deed in trust recorded in Official Record eook 309, Page 482,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in pursuance of a
certain Land Trust Agreement, dated May 11, 1979, known as Trust
No. 1(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") to PETER C. SMITH,
as Trustee (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), whose Post
Office address is P.O. eox 4373, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454.

W I T N E S S E T H:
That Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to Grantor in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, r~mise, release, convey
and confirm unto Grantee all of that certain real property lying,
being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows: ~
That part of Lot 3, lying Sou~h and West of U.S.
Highway il, that portion of the South 425 feet of
Lot 4, lying South and West of U.S. Highway ~1,
and Lots 9 through 13, both inclusive in Block 3,
and that part of Lots 14 and 15 lying South and
~'est of U.S. Highway #1, all being in Section 26,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on said
map or plat of St. Lucie Gardens as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 35, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
(hereinafter referred to as "the Property").
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditament and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
This deeu is executed pursuant to and in the exercise oF t~ie
powe~ and authority granted to and ~•ested in Grantor by the terr?s
of the deed in trust delivered to Grantor in pursuance of the above-
mentioned Land Trust Agreement. This deed is subject to all matters
of record.
This conveyance is made with the express ur.derstandin9, and
by acceptance of this Trustee's Deed, Grantee acknowledges that
Grantor shall have no personal liability for the foregoing covenants,
nor any other individual liability whatsoever in connection with
this conveyance.
This is a conveyance from Agent to Principal of real property
acquired with the funds of the Principal.
