QUIT CLAIM DEED WITH WARRANTY AGAINST GRANTOR'S ACTS

calle~ the "Grantor") to PETER C. SMITH, as Trustee (hereinafter ~°
called the "Grantee") having an address at P.O. Box 4373, Fort ,
Pierce, Florida 33454.

W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said Grantee, the
receipt wheredf is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the said Grantee forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said Grantor
has in and to the lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being in the Countyof St.Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and
claim whatsoever of the said Grantor, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Grantee.
The Grantor specifically warrants to Grantee, its successors
and assigns, that neither the Grantor nor anyone claiming by,
through or under the Grantor has done or suffered anything whereby
tit2e to said premises has been impaired or wher~by the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has signed and sealeii these
