THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the 23rd
_day of January,l981 on the Wife's Motion for Contempt and the
_Husband's Motion for Continuance and the Court having been
~°advised fully in the premises it is hereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband's Motion for

ihe~ebp--d~nied, and should the closing on the marital dwelling

~with Iierald H. Smyth take place, an amount of $405.90 shall
be paid into the John Edgar Sherrard Trust Account and the
~entitiement
of the respective parties to that money shall be

~determined at a l~ter date, said sum reFresenting the
mortgage payments due to Citizens Federal Savings and Loan
Association for the mortgage on the marital dwelling.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County,
