ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on a Motion for
Enforcement, removal from premises, payment of furniture payments,
attorney's fees and costs, and the Court having heard testimony
thereon, and being advised that a~mong other things, the respondent
had failed and refused to deliver possession of the premises as
ordered in Court's Order of January 9, 1981, finds: That the respondent
is in wilful contempt of the Court's Order and being fully advised

therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That the respondent, JAY ROY HILL, shall pay_the furniture
installment of the parties owed to Badcock Furniture Company in the
amount of 5140.00 per month and pay the same currently until further
order of the Court.
2. That the respondent, JAY ROY NILL, shall pay Eagle Finance
Company s78.00 per month and pay the same currently until further order
of the Court.
3. That STACY HILL heretofore is awarded possession of the
real property situate at 3402 Avenue R, Ft. Pierce, Florida, and is
hereby awarded exclusive custody of the said home beginning immediately
and that STACY HILL shall have exclusive custody so long as she maintains
and pays the currently accruing mortgage payments thereon.
4. That both parties are en~oined and restrained, each from
going about the other as regards the place of abode and/or the place of
employment of either party.
