ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard before this Court on the
30th day of January, 1981 upon the Motion for Contempt and
Notice of Hearirg thereof filed herein by the Wife. CAROLYN E.
BRADLEY~ through her attorney, Lee E. Muschott~ and the Court
having considered said Motion~ the Affidavit of the attorney
for the Wife, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband. TOt~II~iIE L. BRADLEY, be. and the sa~e is
hereby found and determined to be in contempt of this Court
for failure to pay the attorneys for the Wife attorneys' fees
in the amount of $250.00 and court costs in the amount of
$42.00 as set forth in and required by the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage entered in this cause on September 16,
1980. '
2. As punishment for his contempt, the Husband. TOMMIE L.
BRADLEY~ be, and the same is hereby sentenced to be confined in
the County Jail in and for St. Lucie County for a period of
~~ days. The sentence of contempt hereby imposed be~ and
the same is hereby suspended for a period of ~,Qp days from
the date of this Order, conditioned unon the Husband, TOMMIE L.
BRADLEY~ paying to the attorney for the ~Jife within said ~10
day period, the total sum of $292.00.
