UPCN Wife's Nbtion for E~foroement of Criild Support and Arrearage Payments
,and u~ stipulation of the parties, the matter of the Husband's Petitan for Visita-
tion, these matters being heard in apen Court, and further,
WI~F~AS, in open Court, the parties agreed and stipulated to a new payment
schedule for chi ld support anci arrnarages , and
G~~'.1~1S, the p~arties in open Court stipulated to a visitatirn schedule, it is
ORDEItED AND ADJ[JD~ that the Husband shal? pay to the Clerk' of this Cour~t,
Qie H~dred ~- and No/100 Dollars ($110.00) per month child support for the minor
~ child now residing with the Wife oaRnencing February 1, 1981. Along with said paym~nts,
the Husb~and shall pay the sun of Ghe H~mdred Forty and IVo/100 Dollars ($140.00) towar~ds
arrears. Said payrr-gits made to the Clerk shall be renitted pro~tly by him to the Wife.
' Zn additirn, there is assessed the sun of ~tao and No/100 Dollars ($2.00) as statutory
o~sts to be a~ to each paymerit to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money o~r or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised
of their mailing and residenae addresses at all times ~ile this Order is in effect.
~It is further,
ORDEiim AND ADJUDC~F'..D that the Husband shall be peYmitted visitation with the
minor child on alternating weekends, six (6) weeks during school, sutmer vacation and
alternating holidays and more particularly set out as follaws:
a. For we~kend visits, the Husband sha1Z pick up the child by 3:Q0 p.~.
rn Friday evenings'and return the child by 4:30 p.m. S~nday afternoons. Zhe Wife
shall furnish the Husband proper w~earing attire for the minor c~ild. If the Husband
canoels the weekend visit, he shall notify the Wife at least 4£i hours prior to the
