PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS
THIS INDENTURE, made this 30 ~ day of January, 1981, by
A.~!ERTCAN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA, a Florida
corporation, w~hose address is 1b55 w'ashington Avenue, Hiami Beach,
Florida 33139 (hereinafter referred to as "~iortgagee").
t~1 I T v E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, on December 8, 1980, General Development Cor- ,
poration, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgagor") did execute and deliver to Mortgagee a certain
Florida Monthly Installment Mortgage which was recorded in Official
Records Book 344, Page 1932, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "Fiortgage"); and
WHEREaS, Mortgagee is also the holder of (i) that certain
Assignment of Lessor's Interest in Lease executed by Kortgagor dated
December 8, 1980 and recorde3 in Official Records Book 344, Page 1946,
aforesaid recor3s (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Assignment");
and (ii) that certain Assignment of Rents-Conditional executed by
Mortgagor dated December 8, 1980 and recorded in Official Records
Baok 344, Page 1956, aforesaid recor3s (hereinafter referred to as
the "Assigr.ment of Rents"); and
t~HERAS, :~lortgagor has requested t~ortgagee to release t'r!e
premises, as more particularly described in Exhibit A annexed hereto
and made a part hereof from the lien and operation of the Hortgage,
the Lease Assignment and the Assign;nent of Rents.
