always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise
impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the Mortgage,
Lease Assignment and Assignment of Rents on the remaininq part of the
mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom or any of the rights
and remedies of the holder thereof.
This Partial Release is executea by the legal holder and
owner of the note secured by the Hortgage, the Lease Assignment
and the Assigr.ment of Rents.
