DECLARATION OF RF.CiPROCAL F.ASF.ME~TS
TIIIS DECI,ARATION OF RF.CIPROCAL EASEMENTS, made this .~d
day of February, 1981, by and between W. B. NiIGGINS, .)4t., a Georgia
resident, for himself, his successors and assigns (hereinafter
referred to as "WigRins") and GENERAL DEVELOPMFNT CORPORATION, a
Delaware corporation, for itself, its successors and assigns
(hereinafter referred to as "General").
W I T I~ E S S E T H :
WHFREAS, Wiggins is the owner of that certain parcel of
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, which parcel is
more particularly described as Parcel A on Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as "Parcel A"); and
WHEREAS, General is the owner of those certain parcels of
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, which parcels
are more particularly described as Parcel B and Parcel C,
respectively, on Fxhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
(hereinafter referred to as "Parcel B" and "Parcel C",
respectively); and
N'HEREAS, Wiggins intends to develop Parcel A by
constructing thereon certain improvements and related walking,
parking and driving areas approximately in the locations shown on
the site plan attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B
(hereinafter referred to as the "Site Plan"); and
WHERFAS, General intends to improve Parcel B by

constructing thereon bui.ldings and related walking, parking and
driving areas approximately in the locations shown on the Site Plan
and certain access roads and surface water retention facitities in
the locations shown on the Site Plan; and
Wi~EREAS, General intends to develop or to sell or lease to
others for development, Parcel C; and
