Wiggins 3oe3 hereby establish for the bene'it of, an3 3rant an3 convey to, the otoners from time to time oi Parcel B and Parcel C an3 such owners' tpnants, and the custo~ers, e~~lo~~es and invitees of such owners an3 tenants, a no~-exclusive easaaent apourtenant t~ Parcel B an~ Parcel ~, respectively, for the purpose of passage and use for walking upon an~ ~riving and parking vehicles upon, over an:i across all those sidew~lks, ~ntrances, drives, lanes an~ parking areas on Parcel A which are now or may hereaftar from time to time be used for pe~estrian an~ vehicular traffic and parking, an~ for the purpose of installation, maintenance, repair an~ use of un~ergr~un~ utilities serving any portion of Parcel B or Parcel C over, across an~ under such portions of Parcel A as are not ~rithin the "Buil~iing Area" shown on the Site Plan, an3 for the purpose of using all "Consumer Facilities," as hereinafter define3, that may exist fror~ time to time on those portions of Parcel A that are not within the "E3uil~ing Area" shown on the Site Plan.
