accor~ance with such ~raina~e plan. For purpos~s of this
Declaration, the term "Consumer Facilities" shall mean any an~ all
improvements an~ landscaped areas constructed or designed for the
~eneral use, convenience or bonefit of all or substantially atl
occupants of any buil~in~ located upon the subject property, and
their r.~s~ective custo-aers and invitees, inclu~iing 3pecifically,

3. General ~oes hereby establish for the benefit of, and

4, In connection with the grant of the reciprocal
