Parcel A which are shown on the Site Plan shall be
constructed an3 maintaine3 by th~ owner of Parcei A,
subject to closings or takings by governmental
authorities. The owner of Parcel A shall have sucl~
areas constructe~ and pave~ in or~er that such areas
will be furnished and rsa~y for use no later than 3uch
time as any buil~ing constructe3 upon Parcel A is
occupie~.
(b) All buildings constructed on Parcel B siiall
be constructe~ within the area shown on the Site Plan
as "Buil~ing Area". From and after the 3ate upon
which.any buildin~ located on Parcel B is occupied,
Parcel ~ shall contain paved parking spaces for at
least the following number of full-size3 automobiles:
space ~or 5.5 automobiles for each 1,000 s~u3re feet
of gross leasable area on all floors of all complete3
buildings located on Parcel B. 411 access roa~s and
driveways on Parcel B which ar~ shown on the Site Plan
shall be constructed and maintained by the or~ner of
Parcel B, subject to closings or takings by
governmental authorities. The owner of Parcel 3 shall
have such areas constructed and pave3 in order that
s~~ch areas will be finished an3 ready for use no later
than such time as any buil~iing constructed upon Parcel
c3 is occupie3.
