that this Declaration may be amen~ed by instrument
executed by the owners of Parcel A an3 Parcel B to
eYpand, enlarge or change the portion3 of Parcel A and
Parcel B shown as "Buil~ing Area" on the Si~e Plan, it
being the intent of this provision to acknoWl~~ga that
any such amendment shall be effective witliout the
consent of, or exacution hy, the owner of Parcel C,

Road actoss Parcel 3. The owner of Parcel 8 shatl
have such areas constructed and paved in order that
such areas will be finished and ready for use no later
than eight (8) months from the date hereof. In the
event that the owner of Parcel 8 fails to have the
construction and paving of said areas totally
