subject to the limitations contained in Paragraph 4 hereof, the
owners from timQ to time of thQ Parcels shall have the right to
expand, alter, no~ify, or ~enolish nll or part of the buil3ings they
propose to construct on said Parcels, or develop said Parcels in ~ny
manner they see fit, it being the intent of this Declaration to
grant reciprocal easements over parking areas, drives, service
drives, access roads, entranceways, curbs, sidewalks and comnon
areas as they exist from time to time without limiting the right of ,~
t}te owners of said Parcels to alter, ~e~olish or redeveloP said ;~
areas.
9. Upon the written request of the owner of any of the
Parcels, the then owner of any parcel or arry portion thereof, shall
execute and deliver, within.ten (10) day~ after receipt of such
request, a certificate certifying that there are no known ~efaults
on the Ddrt of any party to this Declaration or, if there are such
defaults, specifying the oarticulars of such defaults an~ the action
required to re~edy them, and certifying that ther~ are no setoffs or
defenses to the enforcement of the ter~s of this Declaration, or if
there are, specifying the particulars of such setoffs or defenses.
