' ACCESS AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~_ day of February, 1981,
by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
whose principal address is 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami,
Florida 33131 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") in favor
of ~~. B. [9IGGINS, JR., a~eorgia resident, whose address is
One Piedmont Center, Suite 712, Atlanta, Georgia 30363,(here-
inafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERIITION OF the purchase this day

by Grantee from Grantor of certain real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and other good and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt an3 sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant and convey to Grantee,
his heirs, successors, successors-in-title, tenants and assigns,
and to the customers, employees and invitees of such parties, a
perpetual non-exclusive easement for passage and use for the
purpose of walking upon and driving vehicles upon, over and
across those certain two (2) tracts or parcels of real property
owned by Grantor, located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
more particularly described as Parcel I and Parcel II in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
(hereinafter referred to as "Parcel I" and "Parcel II",
respectively). This easement is'and shall be appurtenant
to (i) that certain parcel of real prope~'ty owned by Grantee
and more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter referred to
as "Grantee's Property"), and (ii) Grantee's easements created
by virtue of that certain Declaration of Reciprocal Easements
of even date herewith between Grantor and Grantee and recorded
in the St. Lucie County, Florida records immediately prior to
the recording of this Access and Construction Easement, and
is granted for the purpose of providing pedestrian and
vehicular ingress and egress from Grantee's Property to
