tween GENERIIL DEVELOPriE~T CORDORIITION, a Delaware corporation quali-
fied to transact business in the State of Florida, hereina£ter re-
ferred ta as the "Landlord", and WINN-DIXIE STORES, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant", who agree as
follows: ~
1. Recitals - This Amendm~nt of Lease is made with reference
to the following facts and objectives:
a. Landlord ar.d Tenant entered into a written lease dated
January 12, 1979, hereinafter referred to as the "lease", in which
Landlord leased to Tenant, and Te~ant leased from Landlord, certain
premises, therein more particularly described, hereinafter referred
to as the "l~ased pre~ises", located in a building to be constructed
on certain real property known as Tne Village Green Shoppinq Ceriter
in the Ci~y of Port St. i,ucie, County of St. Lucie,-in the State of
Florida. A anort fozTM of s3id lease is recorded in O.R. Book 311,
- Page 1992 of the Public P.ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida, which
~ lease was amen8ed by "F~.rst ~imencment to Lease", datPd t~farch 14,
1980.
b. The parties desire to further amend the lease in the follo:a-
ing respects.
1. Revised Site Plan - The attached Revised Site Plan dated
January 16, 1931, preparecl by John Alek~sich Associates, and marked
Exhibit "A" be and the same hereUy is adopted as the P.evised Site P~an.
2. Revised Survey. - The shopping center hereunder includes
all the tracts desc.ribed on the Sketch of Survey of-Boundary-Village
Green Shopping Center, dated November 26, 1980, prepared by Paul F.
Rosskamp, Surveyor, with the exception of Tract "I", "K-l~tart" Tract
North portion, and "K-t•iart" Tract South portion, the survey being

attached hereto as Exhibit "B". .~
3. Revised Legal - The leqal description af the subject property ;
is inclu~ed in the descr.iption of those parcels set forth on Sheet 2
of the IIoundary-Villaye Green Shopping.Center, dated rovember•26, 1980,
