2. Effec~iveness af Lease - Except as set forth in this Amend-
ment of Lease, all the provisions of the lease shall remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
3. Lease Subordination - There shall be inserted as an addi-
tional paragraph in Section 29 of the lease the following:
c.Tenant hereby subordinates this lease to a Reciprocal
Easement Agreement dated February 3, 1981, by and be-
tween Landlord an~ W, B. Wiggins, Jr., a copy of which
is marked Exhibit "D", attached hereto and made a part
hereof .
4. Exclusive - There shall be inserted as an additional sentence
after Sec'~ion 28 of the lease the following:
Notwithstan3iny anythi~g to the contrary herein con- -
tained, Tenan~ hereby expressly consents to Paragraph
4(i) on Page.10 of the Reciprocal Easemznt Agreer-ent,
Exhibit "D" hereto.
