NHERF.AS, Wiggins and General dosire to execute this
Aeclaration of Reciprocal Ease~ents for the purpose of provi3ing for
the joint use of the walking, parkinq, driving areas, ac~ess roa3s
and surface water retention facilities now or hereafter located on
Parcel A, Parcel 8 and Parcel C(sai~ three (3) Qarcels are
sometimes hereinafter referre~ to collectively as the "Parcels") an3
for the joint right of access to, 3n3 ingress an3 e~ress and surface
water 3raina~e over and across parts oE such areas all as more
particularly pzovided.herein an3 for certain~other purpos~s as set
forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, ia consi3eration of the mutual benefits to
be realized by such joi~t use and the covenants set forth herain,
t~iggins an3 General do hereby declar~ and agree that the Parcels
shall be he13, owne3 and used in accor3ance with the following
covenants:
1. Wiggins does hereby establish :or the benefit of, an3
3rant and convey to, the owners fram time to time o£ Parcei B and

an~i parking ar~as on Parcel A which are now or may hereafter fro:a

parking, and for the purpose of installation, maintenance, repair
an3 use of underground utilities serving any portion of Parcel e or
Parcel C over, across and under such portions of Parcel A as are not
within the "Buil~iing Area" shown an'the Site Plan, and for the
purpose of using all "Consum~r Facilities," as hereinafter define~,
that ma•1 exist fror~ time to time on those portions of Parcel A that
are not within the "Building Area" shown on the Site Plan. -~iggins
