Ge~eral does hereby establish for ths benefit of, and ~ ~ ~r-x..._. . . grant an~ convey to, the owners Erom time to time of Parcel A an3 such owners' tenants, and the customers, employees an3 invitees oF such owners and tenanta, a n~n-exclusive easement a~purtenant to Parcel A, for the followinq.purposes: (i) passage and use for walking upon and driving and parking vehicles up~n, over an3 across _ ,~ . ; , all thosQ sidewalks, entrances, service drives, access roads, lanes an3 parking areas on Parcel B which are now or may hereafter from time to time be used for pe3estrian an3 vehicular traffic and parkinq; (ii) using all "Consumer Facilities," as hereinafter defined, that may exist ~rom time to time on Parcal B; (iii) drainage of surface water ov~r, across and un~er such porti~ns ~f Parcel B as are not within the "Building Area" sh~wn on ~he Site Plan and use of any draina~e facilities now or hereafter constructed upon or un3er Parcel e; (iv) use of any water retention facilities now or herea_`ter locate3 on or under Parcel B an~3 located within that portion of Parcel B shown crosshatched on Exhibit "D" attached hereto; 3nd (v) installation, us~, maintenance and repair of un~erground utilities serving any portion of Parcel A over, across 3n~i un~ier such portions of Parcel B as are not within the "euil3ing Area" shown on the Site Plan.
