authorities. Al1 ~riveways and entrance ways on
Parcel A~which are shown on the Site Pla~ shall be
constructe~ and maintained by th~ o~inor of Parce~ A,
subject to closings or takings by governmental
authorities. ;'he owner of Par~el A shall have such
areas cohstructed and paved in or3er that such areas
will be furnished and rsady for use no later than such
time as any building constructe3 upon Parcel A is
occupied.
(b) Al1 buildings constructed on Parcel B~shall
be constructe~ within the area shown on the Site Plan
as "Buil3ing Area". From and after the date upon
which any building located on Parcel B is occupie~,
Parcel B shall contain paved parking spaces for at
' least the followinq number of full-size3 automob=les:

space for 5.5 autoc~obiles for each 1,000 s~u3re feet
of gross leasable area on all floors of all complete3
_ buildings located on Parcel B. All access roads and
driveways on Parcel B which are shown on the Site Plan
shall be constructed and maintained•by the ~wner of
Parcel B, subject to closings or takings by
governmental authorities. The owner of Par~el 3 shall
have such areas constructed and pave3 in order that
such areas will be finished an3 ready for use no later
than such time as any building constructe~ upon Parcel
3 is occunie3.
