e~pand, enlarge or cha~ge the portions ~f Parcel A and
Parcel 8 shown as "Duil3ing Area" on the Site Plan, it
beinq the intent of this provision to acknoWle3ga that
any such amendment shall be effective without'the
consent of, or-execution by, the owner of Parcel C,
its successors, successors-in-title or assigns.

3reen Drive as shown on the Site Plan), an3 to Walton
Roa~i across Parcel 8. The owner of Parcel B shall
have such areas constructed and pave3 in order that
such areas will be finished and ready for use no later
than eight (8) months from the date hereof. In the
event that the owner of Parcel B fails to have ti~e
construction and paving of said areas totally
