Anythinq to the contrary in this subpara~raph (c) notwithstan•3ing, the owner of Parcel C, for itself, its successors, successors-in- title and assigns, .ioes hereby acknowledge and agree that this Declaration may be amended by instrument executed by the owners of Parcel A and Parcel B to e~pand, enlarge or cha~ge the portions ~f Parcel A and Parcel 8 shown as "Duil3ing Area" on the Site Plan, it beinq the intent of this provision to acknoWle3ga that any such amendment shall be effective without'the consent of, or-execution by, the owner of Parcel C, its successors, successors-in-title or assigns. S. Route 1(via the Frontage Roav shown on the Site Plan), to t~3ltan Roa3 (via Villaqe 3reen Drive as shown on the Site Plan), an3 to Walton Roa~i across Parcel 8. The owner of Parcel B shall have such areas constructed and pave3 in order that such areas will be finished and ready for use no later than eight (8) months from the date hereof.
