corporation or assignee thereof, operates a drug store
within any portion of the im~r~vements located on
Parcel 3, no i~provements on Parcel A shall be use3
for the operation of a 3ruq ~rescription department
requiring a registered pharmacist.
5. :'he parking lots, sidewalks, ~riveways, service drives,
access r~a3s, drainage facilities and water retention fa~ilities now
or hereafter located on any of the Parcels shall be maintained in
goo3 or3er and repair by the respective owners of such Parcels at

all times during the term of this Declaration, including snow, ice

term of this Declaration, the owner from~tima to time of Parcel A or

Parcel A or Parcel S, but not Parcel C) for the ~urnose of
maintaining, repairing an3 replacing those certain access roads,
3rive~,rays, service drives, entranceways, curbs, par'{ing areas an3
, sidewalks located on the other parcel which are shown sha3~3 on the
Site Plan an3 for the purnose of maintaining, repairing ancl
repla~ing all 3rainage facilities an3 water retention facilities
locate*i upon the other parcel. In the event that the owner ~f any
parcel enters upon another parcel to install, maintain or repair any
utility line as provi3e3 in Par~graphs 1, 2 an3 3 hereof, such work
shall be ~one expe~itiously an~i in a goo3 and workmanlike manner,
3nd the arca affected shall be promptly returned t~ the same
con~iition as existed prior to suc~ work.
