subject to the linitations contained in Paragraph 4 hereof, the
owners from time to time of the Parcels shall have the right to
expand, alter, nodify, or ~ienolish all or part of the buil3ings they
oropose to construct on said Parcels, or develop said Parcets in any
manner they see fit, it being the intent of this Declaration to
grant reciprocal easements over parking sreas, drives, servi~e
drives, access roads, entrance~iays, curbs, sidewalks and coranon
areas as they exist from time to time without limiting the right of
the owners of said Parcels to alter, ~iemolish or redevelop sai:~
areas.
9. Upon the written request of the oNner of any of the
Parcels, the then owner of any parcel or any portion thereof, shall
execute an~ deliver, within ten (10) days after receipt of such
request, a certificate certifying that there are no known ~iefaults
