1. Ueclaration of Reciprocal Easement between W. B. Wiggins, Jr.
and General Development Corporation of even date herewith.
2. Memorandum of Lease dated October 3, 1980, between W. B.
Wiggins, Jr. and K Mart Corporation.
3. Taxes for the year 1981 and any taxes and assessments
levied or assessed subsequerit to the date hereof.
4. Easements as reserved in that certain instrument in
Offici~l Records Book 118, Page 332.
5. Terms, provisions and effect of that certain Notice of
Commencement as recorded in Official Records Book 329,
Page 2395, however martgagor has provided mortgagee with
a title insurance policy affirmatively insuring mortgagee
against loss or damage arising from the enforcement thereof.
